Recently, I had the opportunity to sit down with Paula Heinonen for a conversation that felt both intimate and essential.
What emerged was a webinar about Love of Self — not as a concept to understand, but as a lived, embodied truth that quietly shapes everything else in our lives.
As Paula asked her thoughtful, soul-level questions, I found myself sharing practices that have deeply transformed my own journey — practices rooted not in force or fixing, but in remembering.
If you haven’t watched the conversation yet, I invite you to receive it here:

Through years of teaching, healing, and spiritual practice, one truth has become unmistakably clear to me:
Love of self is not indulgence.
It is not ego.
It is foundational.
Without love of self:
Our spiritual practices become strained
Our relationships become transactional
Our manifesting becomes effortful instead of aligned
So many of us were taught — directly or indirectly — to place love of self last.
We learned to earn love.
To prove worth.
To sacrifice ourselves in order to belong.
Those patterns may have helped us survive at one point.
But they do not support us in thriving — or in consciously co-creating with God.
True love of self is remembrance.
It is remembering your origin in LOVE — and allowing that LOVE to include you.
When that remembering happens, something softens.
We stop striving to be worthy…
and begin living from worth.
We stop negotiating for love…
and start expressing it naturally.
Whether or not you are a ThetaHealing® student, I believe this conversation can serve you deeply.
It offers insight.
Reflection.
And a gentle invitation to reorient your relationship with yourself — not through pressure, but through truth.
And for those of you who are ThetaHealing® students, I want to share a next step.
On February 12–13, I will be teaching the Love of Self ThetaHealing® Seminar, hosted by Mika and Paula Heinonen.
Together, we will go much deeper into:
The energetic layers of self-love
The subconscious beliefs that block it
The spiritual restoration that occurs when love of self is healed
This seminar is designed specifically for ThetaHealing® students and requires the listed prerequisites.
If you feel called to that next level of integration and healing, I invite you to join us.
Place your hand on your heart and affirm:
“I return to love as my origin and my truth.
I release the belief that love must be earned.
I allow love to include me fully and without condition.
I am mE.”
Notice one place where you’ve been withholding love from yourself —
waiting to be better, clearer, or more accomplished.
Gently choose differently.
Not someday.
Not after improvement.
Now.
It’s your turn.
Surrender to LOVE,
Vica
